1. This service may be used only by persons aged 18 or over. Where a higher minimum age is set in your place of residence, that age applies. 2. Where use by a minor is discovered, we will stop the purchase and carry out a refund or Account handling in accordance with applicable law, identity verification and the transaction situation. 3. Please make Pack purchases as entertainment and do not use funds for living expenses, borrowed money or the purpose of recovering losses. 4. Purchase limits per Account or per Event are shown on the purchase screen. The user may request a purchase stop or Account use restriction at support@izana.world. 5. We may set a cooling period or additional verification where risk is recognized, such as high-value purchases in a short period, multiple Accounts or fraudulent payment.
