Sales price: shown on the purchase screen for each Point package and each Pack. 1 Point is equivalent to USD 0.01 for pricing display within this service. Payment methods: USDC, USDT, ETH or SOL. Limited to the Blockchain, token contract address and destination shown on the order screen. Supported Blockchains: those shown on the order screen among Ethereum, Polygon, Base and Solana. Timing of payment: when the required confirmation on the designated Blockchain is met and we or our payment provider confirm receipt of the correct asset and amount. Timing of Point provision: as a rule granted to your Account immediately after payment confirmation. Where fraud screening, sanctions checks, network failure or security verification are required, Points are granted after such verification is completed. Timing of Pack result provision: displayed and recorded to your Account immediately after the Pack purchase processing is completed. Timing of NFT Claim provision: normally within 14 business days and no later than 30 days after a valid Claim request, except in cases of Blockchain failure, legal verification or force majeure. Point validity period: 179 days from issuance. The exact expiry date and time are shown in your Account. NFT Claim deadline: 365 days from confirmation of the Pack result. The exact deadline is shown in your Account. Sales quantity / application period: each Event shows the total number of units, remaining units, the sales period and the purchase limit. It ends upon sell-out or expiry of the period. Charges other than the product price: the network fee on your side required to remit a Point purchase, wallet or exchange fees, communication costs and applicable taxes. We bear the network fee required for the initial standard delivery of an NFT Claim. Taxes: where taxes apply, the tax-inclusive total or the tax amount is shown before the purchase is confirmed. Returns / cancellation: for Points and Pack results provided immediately as contracted, cancellation, return or re-draw for your own convenience is, as a rule, not accepted, except in cases of a statutory right of cancellation, double billing, non-provision, material misrepresentation or non-conformity with the contract. Adjustment of over- or under-payment: the excess of an overpayment and the correction of an underpayment are, as a rule, adjusted with Points based on the amount actually received, and we do not make an on-chain cash refund. Where an on-chain crypto refund is unavoidable, the network fee (gas) required for the transfer is deducted from the refund amount (a small sum is handled by a Point adjustment instead). Operating environment: a current version of a major browser with JavaScript and Cookies available, a supported wallet, and the Blockchain environment shown on the order and Claim screens are required. Age / region: limited to persons aged 18 or over who do not reside in any country or region where use of the Service is prohibited by law or any other excluded region (including the United States), and who are not within an excluded region at the time of use.

We do not sell, buy back, store or deliver physical goods. Shipping fees, return shipping fees for physical goods, a used-goods dealer license number and the condition disclosure of physical goods do not apply to this service.
