Probability and Finite Inventory Policy

Before the sale of each Event begins, we display the following information. 1. The total number of units and the remaining units available for sale 2. The type, quantity and probability of NFT Claim Tickets and Point Cards 3. The Pack price, sales period, purchase limit and eligible regions 4. The Blockchain, verified contract address and token ID of the NFT 5. Where the value of an NFT is displayed, the date and time of its calculation, the information source, and a statement that it is not a value guarantee

1. Displayed probabilities are shown as the current probability based on the unsold inventory at that point in time. 2. Each time an NFT Claim Ticket or a Point Card is allocated, the remaining count and the current probability are updated. 3. After sales begin, we will not add inventory, substitute prizes or change probabilities in a way that is disadvantageous to users. 4. Every Pack is allocated either an NFT Claim Ticket or a Point Card shown at the time of purchase. However, this does not guarantee that the economic value of each result is at or above the purchase amount.

1. For result determination, we use a predefined cryptographically secure random number generation and inventory allocation process. 2. Re-draws by an administrator after purchase, arbitrary substitution of results or manipulation of results for a specific user are prohibited. 3. Records of Event settings, inventory changes, purchases, results, cancellations and incidents are retained for the period required for fraud investigation and by law.

Where a discrepancy between the display and the actual inventory, duplicate allocation, an unconfirmed result or a serious system error occurs, we will stop sales and investigate, and provide the affected users with fulfillment of the result, an alternative measure with their consent, or a refund. We will not substitute a different NFT without the user's consent.
