The rights to third-party names, logos, images, trademarks and copyrighted works belong to their respective rights holders. 3. Ownership of an NFT does not automatically mean the right to the associated images, trademarks, copyrighted works or commercial use. 4. We use third-party names or images only to the extent necessary to identify and describe the product. We do not make displays that create the misunderstanding that there is affiliation or approval. 5. For infringement of rights, misrepresentation or improper NFT listings, please send the relevant URL, the content of the right, supporting materials and contact details to support@izana.world. We will review the content and, where necessary, suspend the listing, stop sales or make corrections.
